Your tasks

Join Our Team - Let's Create Impact

·       Assist with the Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable

·       Preparation of BAS and FBT returns. 

·       Assist with month end close procedures.

·       General finance tasks as required.

·       Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.

·       Create and update expense reports.

·       Process reimbursement forms

·       Conduct daily bank reconciliation.

·       Enter financial transactions into internal databases.

·       Check spreadsheets for accuracy.

·       Maintain digital and physical financial records.

·       Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed.

·       Review and file payroll documents

·       Participate in quarterly and annual audits.

Your profile

We're Looking for someone with:

  • Degree/Diploma in Accounting (or studying towards)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • SAP experience will be highly regarded.
  • Minimum 1 year’s working experience in a similar role.
