GoTymeX is the technology and operations division of TymeGroup. We develop software for our business units, GoTyme Bank, which operates in South Africa and Southeast Asia and is rapidly expanding across Asia-Pacific. Based primarily in Vietnam, our team is distributed globally.

The Team
The role we are seeking will be part of the Design Team, which includes 30 professionals such as UX designers, UI designers, Design System specialists, Motion designers, Brand designers, UX Researchers, UX Writers, and UX strategists. We work together through meetings, critiques, and data-driven decisions. We are obsessed with quality design, and our commitment is reflected in our award-winning products. The Role
We seek a highly skilled and passionate Product Designer skilled in UX journeys and UX strategy. With an innate ability to design features that are simple, easy to navigate, and scalable (bonus if with good knowledge of UI and aesthetic balance). The ideal candidate should possess outstanding design skills, ideally with prior experience in the fintech industry. Critical thinking, a systematic mindset, and the ability to focus on the larger picture rather than individual pages are essential qualities.

Location
This position is based in Ho Chi Minh City.
We provide a competitive relocation package for candidates willing to relocate, and we are open to initial remote collaboration followed by a relocation.

• 5+ years in digital User Experience and Interface design focusing on mobile (Android, iOS)
• Excellent English communication skills, able to communicate with any stakeholders. This is a multi-country role within a multinational team.
• A genuine passion for Product design and attention to even the smallest details is crucial.
• You have a portfolio of beautiful, detail-oriented designs (not conceptual) showcasing the delivery of successful products to the market, from concepts to prototypes and final execution.
• Knowledge of best-practice UX design techniques (Android, iOS), such as user journeys, flow charts, wireframing, etc.
• You should have a strong opinion and the ability to sell your vision, but you should also be ready to adapt and change when alternatives are more compelling.
• AI advocate – Being able to understand how Ai impact on the process rather than the output it’s a critical part.
• ‘Just do it’ attitude – finding a way to get things done.
