About the role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and forward-thinking Internal Control & Process Improvement Specialist to join our Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for strengthening our internal control framework, identifying process inefficiencies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across financial operations. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and enhance operational excellence.

About your Tasks:

• Optimize financial processes for standardization, efficiency and transparency.
• Work with stakeholders to align system features with business needs.
• Work closely with the ERP team to implement process changes in IT systems and support the Finance department in process optimization.
• Support implementation of internal controls in Finance.
• Monitor control effectiveness, follow up on audit findings and ensure compliance.
• Support in other initiatives and projects within the organization.

About You

• 5+ years of experience in Finance and ERP, with strong expertise in Dynamics D365.
• Knowledge of financial processes, controls and compliance.
• Skilled in process improvement and automation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder skills.
• Proactive, ownership-driven, and adaptable to change.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• AI or automation knowledge is advantageous
