About the Role

Azienda operante nel settore dei dispositivi medici seleziona un/una addetto/a al supporto commerciale da inserire nel team vendite. La risorsa fornirà assistenza ai clienti e collaborerà con il reparto commerciale per garantire un servizio efficiente e professionale.

Responsabilità principali:

  • Gestione delle richieste dei clienti, fornendo informazioni dettagliate sui prodotti e servizi offerti.
  • Supporto nella preparazione di preventivi e documentazione commerciale.
  • Coordinamento con il team di vendita per assicurare la soddisfazione del cliente.
  • Aggiornamento e mantenimento del database clienti.

Requisiti:

  • Diploma di scuola secondaria superiore.
  • Esperienza pregressa in ruoli di supporto commerciale o assistenza clienti, preferibilmente nel settore medicale.
  • Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali.
  • Conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici (pacchetto Office, CRM).
