Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration
  • Conduct diagnostic testing and interpret results to inform patient care
  • Coordinate follow-up care and communicate effectively with patients and care teams
  • Collaborate closely with healthcare providers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
  • Educate patients on health management and preventive care strategies
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatments

Requirements

  • Current, unencumbered Kansas LPN or RN license (or temporary permit) required
  • Current vaccination record meeting ACIP Healthcare Worker recommendations required
  • One year of primary care experience preferred
  • FQHC experience preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
