  • Compliance: Updating processes implemented since 2025 and monitoring Internal Control Self-Assessment (ICSA) processes.

The position is based at the Kobe plant, but business trips to Tokyo are expected (once or twice a month) to support financial activities at the Airbus headquarters; you must therefore be willing to travel accordingly.

Required Skills

  • Education: Master’s degree in Business/Marketing and/or an Engineering degree.

  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in a finance-related role.

  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
