About Customer Solutions Growth Regions Division
This team, alongside dealers, engages closely with customers to create, customize and adapt solutions to meet their needs by leveraging the extensive range of offerings available today across products and services, digital and technology, rental and used, and financing.
The division is regionally focused on Africa, the Middle East, Eurasia, Asia (excluding Japan), and Latin America (LATAM) and organized into three functional areas: Customer Facing, Customer Solutions and Business Enablers.
Job Summary
Supports and drives achievement of the business plan in India/Indo/SEA Region by monitoring the business and generating regional product requirement and commercial recommendations that contribute to both the short-term and long-term initiatives of these plans.
What You Will Do
Consulting with the solution development teams, product groups, other critical business partners and dealers in developing and implementing customer solutions designed to maximize product value and price and customer outcomes.
Designing correct business plan shortfalls and capitalizing on identified incremental sales opportunities for Maintenance & General Repair Parts.
Developing new prospects, communicating dealer and customer facing value selling materials, conducting trainings to internal and dealer team, finding opportunities to introduce the products and services for Maintenance & General Repair Parts.
Resolving issues related to the products and overall commercial performance in the territory.
Supporting and driving omni channel coverage and sales initiatives
Overseeing Parts STU growth, demand fluctuations, and regional customer requirements.

Additional information
Travel: approximately 30% business travel within assigned territory.
