Position Summary:

Warehouse Associate is responsible for handling raw materials and finished product as well as maintaining a clean and orderly work environment.  This is a second shift position working a 2:30 - 10:30 shift.


A Sample of What You’ll Do in this Role:

  • Know and practice company Vision, Mission, Purpose, Promise, and Values
  • Unload incoming raw materials and record load and lot information 
  • Package and load product in appropriate package with correct weight 
  • Accurately fulfill customer orders in a professional, timely manner
  • Safely operate manufacturing equipment and machinery
  • Maintain clean and orderly work environment
  • Manage inventory for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods
  • Maintain open communication between colleagues and management
  • Other duties as assigned


Requirements

What You Bring to the Role:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required
  • Willingness to operate material handling equipment including a forklift, skid steer, and other equipment as required
  • Ability to repetitively lift packages up to 50 lb. (or 110lb. with a partner) while working in a non-climate-controlled dusty environment
  • Good math and organizational skills
  • Able to follow written and verbal directions and complete the necessary documentation. 
  • Willing to work overtime hours as needed
