About the Role

CNC Brake Press Operator

• $17-$20/hour • Temp-to-Hire


About This Opportunity

Operate and set up CNC brake press machinery to fabricate metal parts according to specifications. Read blueprints, monitor quality, and ensure production of accurate parts.


Bonus Opportunity

  • $350 Attendance Bonus for perfect attendance during the first 30 days 

Assignment Details


Pay: $17-$20/hour (depending on experience)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Mon-Thurs 6:00 AM- 2:30 PM, Friday 6:00 AM- 12:00 PM

Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire 


Pre Employment Requirements

  • Drug Screen Required
  • Background Check Required
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
  • Client Interview Required
  • Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC brake press machines
  • Read and interpret blueprints and work orders
  • Manufacture parts to specification
  • Perform quality checks using measuring equipment
  • Monitor production for consistency and defects
  • Complete work orders and track production output
  • Support general fabrication and production needs

Work Environment and Dress Code

  • Casual but appropriate for manufacturing environment
  • Steel-toed boots

Requirements

  •   CNC brake press experience (required)
  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Experience with measuring tools
  • Manufacturing or metal fabrication background

Preferred Requirements

  • Forklift experience a plus (can be certified on-site)
  • Ability to work independently or on a team
