We’re looking for a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) who’s ready to make an impact every day. If you’re detail-driven, customer-focused, and passionate about patient care, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Support Patients – Check in with patients on medications, supplies, and side effects, while coordinating deliveries.

  • Keep Things Moving – Assist pharmacists with order entry, delivery tickets, and referrals (including hospice).

  • Be the Connection – Collaborate with pharmacists and referral sources for seamless care.

  • Deliver Service – Answer calls, solve problems, and keep patients at the center of everything you do.

  • Stay Sharp – Support quality, compliance, and improvement projects.

What You’ll Bring

✔ High school diploma or GED
✔ Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB, NHA, or equivalent)
✔ 0–2 years of experience (specialty pharmacy or infusion a plus)
✔ Knowledge of insurance billing, prior authorizations, and pharmacy systems (CareTend or similar preferred)
✔ Strong communication + customer service skills
