🧠 The Role

As a Pharmacist, you will support home infusion therapies for patients with chronic inflammatory and autoimmune conditions.

You will play a critical role in delivering safe, precise, and compassionate care—combining clinical expertise with operational excellence.


🔑 What You’ll Do

  • Compound, verify, and dispense sterile medications and nutritional solutions
  • Review prescriptions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
  • Monitor therapy, labs, and recommend adjustments as needed
  • Partner with providers, nurses, and patients on infusion care plans
  • Educate patients and care teams on medication use and safety
  • Manage pharmacy operations (inventory, workflow, documentation)
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and sterile compounding standards

🎯 What You Bring

  • PharmD (required)
  • Active Pharmacist license in [State]
  • 2–5 years of experience (infusion, sterile compounding, or specialty pharmacy preferred)
  • Strong clinical judgment + attention to detail
  • Ability to balance precision, pace, and patient connection
