Kunes Auto & RV Group is a fast-growing, award-winning automotive and RV dealership group with 40+ locations across Wisconsin, Illinois, and Iowa. We’re hiring an IT Support Specialist to support our Fox Valley-area dealerships (Green Bay, Appleton, Neenah).


This is a field-based IT role with a company vehicle, no overnight travel, and the ability to be home every night.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide onsite and remote IT support across multiple dealership locations (35–75 mile radius)
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues (wired & wireless)
  • Manage and resolve Help Desk tickets with speed and professionalism
  • Install, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, and IT infrastructure
  • Support network devices, firewalls, antivirus, and security systems
  • Perform system upgrades, patching, and software deployments
  • Maintain IT inventory and assist with new hire setups and equipment rollouts
  • Partner with internal IT team and leadership on escalations and projects
  • Occasional project travel (limited, a few times per year)

Requirements

What You’ll Need

  • 3+ years of IT Support / Help Desk / Desktop Support experience
  • Experience supporting multiple locations or field-based environments preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting across hardware, networking, and software systems
  • Ability to work independently and manage a regional territory
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Associate degree in IT or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Valid driver’s license and comfort traveling locally
