About the Role

Description

This is a unique growth opportunity, starting part-time with a clear path to full-time by Spring 2027. Ideal for a doctor looking to build roots in a thriving community while stepping into an already productive environment.

Position Details

  • Practice Schedule: Flexible 
    • Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 
    • Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM 
  • Start: Part-time, with a planned transition to full-time by Spring 2027 
  • Location: Asheville, NC 

What You’ll Do

You’ll step into a busy, well-managed schedule focused primarily on bread-and-butter general dentistry.

If you enjoy variety, we welcome it, this is a great opportunity to bring and grow your skills in:

  • Endodontics 
  • Oral surgery / extractions 
  • Cosmetic dentistry

What We’re Looking For

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school 
  • Active North Carolina dental license in good standing 
  • Strong commitment to patient-centered care 
  • Comfortable with a wide range of general dental procedures 
  • Excellent chairside manner and team-first mindset
