About the Role

Job Description

Are you driven for excellence and want to make a true impact by hiring the best talent to the LEGO Group? Bring your recruitment expertise to play and help us scout and engage talent to inspire and develop children all across the globe!

As our Senior Recruiter your focus will be end to end sourcing, recruitment and onboarding on a local and regional level. You will become a member of the APAC & China TA team and contribute towards executing our ambitious talent acquisition agenda.
 

Please note: This is a 12-month contract role, no relocation assistant is offered.

Core Responsibilities

 • Own the end-to-end recruitment process for mid/high complexity roles and business-critical recruitments, primarily within mid-to-high level skylines

 • Primary recruiter for mid to high complexity areas or Bus

 • Drive proactive sourcing initiatives as well as candidate and market mapping to attract top talent in niche or competitive areas

 • Lead or contribute significantly to cross-functional TA priorities

 • Continuously monitor recruitment KPI´s and trends to improve processes and hiring outcomes

• Understand best practice interview and assessment techniques and actively spar with hiring managers so that they assess candidates in a fair and objective manor

 • Ability to solve medium complex problems with limited support within direct scope of work

• Manage complex offer negotiations

 • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior stakeholders, ensuring recruitment strategies are aligned with business goals

You will be a member of the Global M&C (Market & Channels) recruitment community, currently 18 members strong that are strategically positioned around the globe. Each member plays a key role in elevating our efforts to reach top passive talents, deliver exceptional recruitment experiences and innovate our future recruitment practices.

Reporting to the Senior TA Manager for the region, this role supports hiring in multiple markets across the region.

Do you have what it takes?

The ideal candidate brings intensive experience in the field of Talent Acquisition: driving end-to-end recruitment processes in an international company. You have good experience using digital sourcing skills and can thrive and work on multiple roles in parallel.
As a person, you have an excellent understanding of and natural flair for dealing with people dynamics, good commercial understanding and acumen. You are known to be structured, organized, and able to prioritize workload as well as you bring a self-driven personality with a can-do-attitude and a strong collaborative mindset. Finally, you learn quickly and can easily apply new and changing solutions.
