Program Development Strategy项目发展战略10%
From BE perspective, this individual will develop long-term and short-term strategies based on internal and external processes to create significant and sustained value for our systems and processes.  This requires close cross-functional partnership with internal and external business partners, as well as other cross sector functional leaders, to develop and achieve alignment on a single strategic vision for world-class capabilities that the organization relies on to do its day-to-day activities (internal & external).   从精益生产的角度,基于内外部流程制定短期以及长期的战略为我们的系统和流程创造显著的、可持续的价值。与内外部合作伙伴、跨部门以及其他跨公司的业务领导紧密协作,通过日常工作的有效开展以实现建立世界级生产能力的战略愿景。

Site training Duties工厂培训职责10%
Lead plant training strategy, ensure the Plant Master Training Plan developing and budgeting, coordinate Training Governance Team for review and approval, coordinate and monitor training plan execution, follow up, effectiveness assessment and improvement,ensure training readiness for all audits and inspections; responsible for employee capability building including OTI, SMS and the inherit of critical skills

Specific Duties and Responsibilities 具体岗位职责80%
This individual will be responsible for providing leadership in the following areas:该职位将负责领导如下领域:

  • Digital Manufacturing Systems, Manufacturing and Business process- improvement projects. 数字化生产系统,生产和业务流程改善项目。
  • Developing governance, roadmap and timeline for improvement projects that will lead to meeting Xi’an strategy in business excellence. 为实现西安工厂在精益管理方面的战略目标制定项目改善相关的监管、路线以及时间点。
  • Developing scorecard and tracking system and periodic reporting to the Plant GM. 制定记分卡和跟踪系统,定期向工厂总经理汇报项目进展。
  • Leading cross-functional teams to ensure every improvement project gets adequate resources, clear responsibilities and accountabilities, and meets J&J global process protocols and standards. 领导跨部门团队,确保每一个改善项目都能够获得相应的资源、明确职责,并符合强生全球的流程与标准。
  • Driving discussion and issue resolution for each improvement project including escalation to the Plant GM, Regional and Global Leadership teams. 为每一个改善项目发起相关的讨论以及协调问题的解决,包括将事件向上汇报至工厂总经理,区域和全球领导层团队。
  • Cost-competitive programs involving outsourcing deployment to meet regional cost targets 成本优化项目,涉及外部合同方的优化以满足区域成本节约的目标
  • Developing and driving roadmap for contractor and vendor capabilities to support overall site operations. 制定合同方、外部供应商的能力建设计划以支持工厂整体的运营。
  • Leading and aligning with all stakeholders including the Regional Leadership team in the development of outsourcing models and timelines. 领导并与所有利益相关方,包括区域管理层达成一致,制定外包的模式与时间点。
  • Support site toll model system readiness with the site efficiencies and to achieve site competitive targets. 支持委托加工业务模式,改善工厂运营效率,进而达到工厂的竞争力目标。
  • As site accountable person of Light House factory, focusing on plant operation efficiency,digital transformation, innovative and other associated improvement projects. 作为灯塔工厂联络人,关注工厂运营效率, 数字化转型,创新性及其他工厂改善项目。
  • Leading and supporting plant efficiency projects and ensuring that all adequate plant support for validation and commercialization works by working closely with all relevant functions. This includes development new programs to drive and achieve the targeted plant efficiency. 领导并支持工厂效能项目,与所有相关部门紧密协作以确保验证、商业化生产等工作能够顺利开展。包括制定新的项目以推动工厂效能目标。
  • To be responsible for the governance of below programs which include the plant Kaizen program, Culture Building, Yellow, Green and Black Belt program, Cost Competitive Workshop, and the JJPS program. This position is responsible for the plant Tiers, operation review meeting and the interpretation of the plant metrics to identify gaps and areas of improvement. This position will also need to identify areas of improvement required by the plant to move the plant towards a E2E High Performing Team in operational excellence. 负责对以下项目的管理,包括:工厂看板系统管理项目、文化建设、黄带绿带以及黑带项目、成本节约工作坊、强生生产系统项目等。该职位负责组织工厂Tiers及生产回顾会议、工厂业绩指标解读进而明确差距以及改善点。该职位同时也需要响应工厂层面定义的改善,以推动工厂向端到端生产运营高绩效组织发展。

相关经验RELATED EXPERIENCE:9 - 12 年

  • 5 年以上医疗行业工作经验 3 years working experiences in pharmaceutical industry
  • 8年以上跨国公司工作经验 More than 8 years working experiences in MNC

学位DEGREE:
化学/制药/医药或相关管理学科的本科或以上学历;Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical / Medicine or a related scientific discipline; 

语言LANGUAGES:

  • 能用中文流利的书写和交流    Fluent in written and spoken Local Language (ideal not a must) +
  • Must =精通英语的书写和交流    Must = Fluent in written and spoken English
  • 身体条件/工作环境 PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS:
