Work Schedule

  • Philippine Holidays observed
  • Mid-shift schedule: 3:00 PM – 12:00 MN or 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM

 
Key Responsibilities

  • Benefits Administration (End-to-End Process)
  • Government-mandated benefits:
  • SSS Sickness and Maternity claims
  • SSS Loans and Calamity Support
  • Pag-IBIG Loans

  • Company-initiated benefits:
  • HMO queries
  • Leave queries
  • Calamity package queries

  • New Hire Orientation
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new employees
  • Present and explain the end-to-end benefits program

  • Employee Support & Ticket Management
  • Handle 20–30 tickets per day related to benefits concerns
  • Provide assistance on:
  • SSS Loans (end-to-end process)
  • Leave management
  • General employee concerns on benefits

Core Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of Philippine government-mandated benefits (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth)
  • Excellent communication skills for handling queries and conducting orientations
  • Ability to manage high ticket volume with accuracy and empathy
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple benefit processes simultaneously
