About the Role

Full-Time | Hourly + Bonus

Kunes Auto & RV Group—recognized by Automotive News as one of the Best Dealerships to Work For—is hiring Call Center Representatives (BDC) in Delavan, WI.


This is a full-time, in-person position. This is NOT a remote role.


If you’re comfortable on the phone, organized, and able to handle a fast-paced environment, this is a strong opportunity with consistent hours and performance-based earnings.


Pay & Schedule

  • $17/hour base + performance-based bonuses
  • Bonus opportunities tied to appointments and results
  • Full-time schedule with evenings and rotating weekends

What You’ll Do

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails
  • Connect with customers who are actively shopping for a vehicle
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with accurate and detailed notes
  • Follow up with customers who missed appointments to re-engage them
  • Track all activity in CRM systems and keep information up to date
  • Manage multiple conversations and tasks at once across different systems

What This Job Is Really Like

  • You’ll be on the phone most of the day—this is a high-call, fast-paced role
  • You’ll be texting, emailing, and following up constantly
  • You’ll be managing multiple conversations and tasks at the same time
  • Attention to detail is critical—notes, follow-ups, and accuracy matter
  • Some customers won’t answer or will cancel—that’s part of the job
  • The people who succeed here stay organized, consistent, and don’t get discouraged easily

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Comfortable on the phone and talking with new people daily
  • Reliable and shows up when they say they will
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills (CRM systems, texting, email)
  • Positive attitude and coachable mindset
  • Experience in customer service, call center, or sales is helpful—but not required. We will train the right person.
