About the Role

Lo que harás:

FUNCION PRINCIPAL:

  1. Describa la función principal o propósito general de la posición.

 

Responsable de la conciliación diaria de materiales para asegurar la exactitud del inventario físico en la planta.

 

FUNCIONES ESENCIALES: 

  1. Ejecutar el conteo cíclico físico por clasificación ABC y COGI programados por el Analista de Conteo Cíclico.
  2. Llevar control de la recolección y disposición física al área de Scrap de los materiales de exceso y obsoletos (E&O)
  3. Participar en la coordinación en el inventario físico anual.
  4. Auditar material sensitivo en las áreas de producción.
  5. Cumplir con los procedimientos, instrucciones de trabajo y reglamentos de trabajo de los diferentes sistemas de gestión (ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16946, CTPAT, OEA y los que la empresa registra) Incumbente de acuerdo con los manuales establecidos y garantizar el cumplimiento de los registros legales, reglamentos de calidad, medio ambiente, salud y seguridad, OEA, CTPAT, etc. que aplican dentro de la empresa.

 

2.1 Responsabilidades relacionadas con Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente (EHS):

 

  1. Asistir a todos los entrenamientos de Seguridad, Salud y Medio ambiente que sean asignados.
  2. Cumplir con los requerimientos de 5S/MESH.
  3. Responsable de velar por las normas de seguridad, así como las políticas establecidas por Eaton.

Requisitos:

  • Bachiller o nivel secundario aprobado. Preferible Estudiante Universitario en carreras relacionadas a Administración de Empresas o Áreas de Ingeniería.
  • Conocimientos básicos del idioma inglés.
  • Conocimientos básicos de Microsoft Office 365 y manejo de Computadora.
  • Un (1) año de experiencia en áreas de manufactura y/o de Almacén.
  • Preferible.
    • Conocimientos básicos de sistema SAP.
    • Certificado de Manejo de montacargas.
    • Conocimientos sobre manejo de materiales (recibo, almacenaje y surtimiento de estos).
    • Conocimientos sobre el uso de Basculas.
