About the Role

Job Description

The Junior Account Manager is responsible for the commercial success of one or more NIQ Brandbank licensed (SaaS) products. This role owns revenue delivery for the assigned products and plays a key role in shaping their value proposition and go-to-market approach. Working closely with the Account Management team, the Junior Account Manager will support and enable effective product selling through insight, guidance, and commercial expertise. The role will also contribute to the development of marketing collateral, influence group-level commercial strategy, and provide input into future product and system enhancements to ensure continued market relevance and growth.

 

Responsibilities

1. Developing a comprehensive understanding to become the Subject Matter Expert for your appointed product(s), including all features and benefits

2. Collaborating with NIQ Brandbank Account Management team to support lead generation and client engagement

3. Ensuring appropriate internal and external marketing and training collateral is in place to support your product

4. Client interaction, including face to face meetings, to sell in the product and support successful deployment; this includes existing NIQ Brandbank Clients, and potentially new clients and verticals

5. Achieving Quarterly revenue targets; this will be made up of New Business, Renewal and Innovation Services revenue. Associated consumption / usage targets will also be in place to ensure client usage of your appointed products during their subscription term

6. Regular reporting on opportunity pipeline, revenue forecasting and consumption targets

7. Working with the Product and IT Teams to help develop the product, inclusive of new / improved functionality

8. Supporting the Commercial Leads within NIQ Brandbank to help shape the product strategy – inclusive of value proposition, communication strategy, pricing and contract terms

 

Attributes

1. Proven track record of managing revenue targets, with a strong desire to consistently overachieve against both personal targets and objectives

2. Demonstrable 1-3 years Sales experience

3. Good level of experience in strategic sales planning and implementation, including experience of pipeline management

4. Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a diverse team, in a fast-paced environment

5. Highly organized, driven, with good time management skills and a logical approach,

6. Able to prioritize workload, and excellent attention to detail.

7. General interest in FMCG and specifically the eCommerce industry

8. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong presentation skills and the ability to network effectively.

9. Professionally presented, articulate and a confident communicator at all levels

10. Native Hungarian speaker and working proficiency in English

1. You may be asked to undertake additional duties to those above, either on a temporary or permanent basis, which the Company reasonably believes you are capable of carrying out, or for which you will be trained.

2. There may be requirements for travel, both nationally and internationally, as part of this role.
