Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac of Anchorage | $20–$30/hr + Benefits | Full-Time

Year-Round | Snow removal + equipment operation | No travel 

  • Not seasonal — this is a full-time, year-round position with consistent hours.


Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac of Anchorage is seeking a reliable, hands-on Facilities & Grounds Technician with experience operating front-end loaders and snowplows.


This role is critical to keeping our dealership safe, accessible, and fully operational year-round, especially during Alaska winters.

If you have experience with snow removal, heavy equipment, and general maintenance, this is a stable, long-term opportunity with consistent hours and strong earning potential.


The Role

You will be responsible for both snow operations and facility maintenance, including:

Snow Removal & Equipment Operation

  • Operate front-end loaders and snowplows to clear lots, drive lanes, and customer areas 
  • Maintain safe, accessible dealership grounds during winter conditions 
  • Respond with urgency during snow events (early mornings / extended hours as needed) 

Facilities & Maintenance

  • Perform general building maintenance (lighting, doors, minor repairs) 
  • Support basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC needs 
  • Maintain exterior grounds and dealership appearance year-round 
  • Assist with equipment upkeep and coordinate repairs when needed 

This is a hands-on, physically active role that requires reliability and strong work ethic.


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience operating front-end loaders and/or snowplows (required
  • Prior snow removal experience in a commercial or municipal setting 
  • 2+ years of maintenance, facilities, or hands-on trade experience 
  • Ability to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends during snow events 
  • Comfortable working outdoors in Alaska winter conditions 
  • Reliable, self-directed, and team-oriented
