We are the BEST Youth Sports introduction for your little players here in AZ. We teach (co-ed) weekly classes in Soccer, Softball, Basketball, Football, Volleyball, Golf, Karate, Multi-Sport, and Tennis. We teach HOW to perform the skills of each sport in a FUN, safe, exciting, encouraging, and structured environment taught by our professionally-trained and paid staff.
In addition to our indoor & outdoor Sports Classes around the Valley we have the BEST Indoor, Full-Day Winter/Spring/Summer/Fall Camps (now in 2 Valley Locations), Sports Clinics, Award-Winning Sports Parties, In-School Programs & more. Teamwork, skill-building, endurance and good sportsmanship is always stressed. We encourage TRYING and HAVING FUN above all else through age-appropriate, engaging games and activities. We begin at 18 months old and have programs written for each age group.

About the Role
Description
The Youth Sports Coach is responsible for delivering structured sports programming to groups of young children following B.E.S.T. curriculum guidelines. This role requires energy, enthusiasm, professionalism, and a commitment to providing an excellent experience for participants and their families.

Work Environment:
- Classes may be held indoors or outdoors based on location and season.
- Physical activity required, including standing, running, and participating in sports drills.
- Travel between multiple class locations may be required based on scheduling.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to physically participate in sports activities.
- Ability to lift and transport equipment (up to 40 pounds).
- Ability to stand, move, and be physically active for extended periods.

Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and instruct sports classes, camps, and/or clinics for children ages 18 months to 12 years.
- Implement and follow B.E.S.T. lesson plans and coaching techniques.
- Maintain a fun, positive, and supportive learning environment.
- Ensure the safety and supervision of all participants at all times.
- Set up, organize, and break down equipment as needed before and after classes.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with parents, teammates, and supervisors.
- Complete required class check-ins, reporting, and attendance tracking.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Represent B.E.S.T. values and uphold a high standard of customer service.
