 Position Summary

The Enrollment Coordinator plays a key role in supporting student enrollment, admissions, and family onboarding for our inclusive preschool program. This position serves as the primary point of contact for prospective families, guiding them through the enrollment process while ensuring compliance with center policies, leadership direction, and licensing requirements. 

Requirements

  

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to family inquiries (phone, email, in-person) 
  • Schedule tours and assist with enrollment 
  • Guide families through applications and onboarding 
  • Maintain enrollment and waitlists 
  • Support Early Learning Coalition (ELC) applications 
  • Partner with leadership on placements and start dates 
  • Assist with events, open houses, and family engagement


Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred 
  • Experience in admissions, early childhood education, or administrative coordination preferred 
  • Familiarity with ELC, School Readiness, or VPK programs preferred 
  • Valid Florida Driver’s License with acceptable driving record 
  • Ability to pass Level II background screening

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital systems

Schedule

  • Monday – Friday 
  • Between 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM (schedule may vary) 
  • On-site position
