About the Role

Description

General

• Learn, understand and keep up with governmental (OSHA) and other regulatory agencies (IADC) reporting guidelines regarding occupational health care and treatment.

• Become certified in and maintain licensure to provide:

• Physicals

• DOT

• Non-DOT

• Coast Guard

• Hazmat

• Crane Operator

• Asbestos

• Pre-Employment Testing

• Return to Work Examination and Testing

• Approve client reporting protocol changes.

• Identify and assess clinic, employee and patient needs.

• Ensure accurate charting, billing, client dashboards, and corporate reporting.

• All charts must be completed within 72 hours or seeing patient or within 72 hours of final review by billings and collection.

• Assist topside physician with personal patient health care.

• Work closely with XMD physicians to:

o Assist with ordering, following up and patient and client reporting of outpatient test results

Review and Approve changes to client reporting protocols.

• Maintains required continuing education, licenses, and certifications to perform all duties and responsibilities above.

Quality Assurance

• Perform case reviews on complex cases or cases involving patient or customer complaints.

• Monthly meeting with COO to discuss recommended policy changes, client dashboards and KPI’s.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in Occupational Medicine, Sports Medicine and/or Urgent Care (preferred)

• 5+ year’s clinical nursing experience.

• Candidate must have a firm, but fair attitude toward return to work practices, etc. and have a desire to grow with the company.

• Must be able and willing to work independently, be a problem solver, a good manager of people and personalities.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, phone manners and organizational skills.

• Must be able to pass a background check, drug test and/or physical, as applicable for the role
