About the Role


As a Line Cook - Seasonal, you’ll be hands-on in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen, preparing and plating food that matches our high standards. You’ll work closely with both kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure every guest gets an exceptional experience. This is a tip-eligible position and a great opportunity to grow your skills in a dynamic brewery kitchen. We're hiring for the Summer season, which runs from May to August



What You'll Do

  •  Prepare and cook meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other menu items using grills, broilers, ovens, fryers, and other equipment
  • Follow recipes and plating standards to ensure consistency and quality
  • Expedite orders and communicate clearly with the kitchen and FOH teams
  • Assist with events and special menus as needed
  • Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary workstations
  • Rotate inventory and ensure proper food storage and freshness
  • Support training and teamwork on the line
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations

Requirements

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   •  High School Diploma or GED
  • 2–3+ years of experience in a high-volume kitchen environment
  • San Diego County Food Handler Card (or ability to obtain one)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and team-first mindset
