Job Summary
As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle financing and insurance process while ensuring a smooth, compliant, and customer-friendly transaction. You will work closely with the sales and management teams to maximize profitability while delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Present and clearly explain financing and insurance options to customers.
- Secure approvals from lenders and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions.
- Prepare and review all required documentation for accuracy and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Work with the sales team to achieve monthly finance and product sales goals.
- Offer and sell vehicle protection products, service contracts, and other aftermarket products.
- Ensure all deals are fully compliant with dealership policies and applicable laws.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and submit timely funding documents.
