Job Title: On-Call RN

Schedule: 7 on 7 off, full-time salary paid

Job overview:

Luminos Hospice is seeking a skilled and compassionate On-Call RN to join our team. As an On-Call RN, you will be responsible for providing quality care to our patients during off-hours and weekends. Primary functions are to administer nursing care for patients of all ages in their place of residence and to coordinate care with the Interdisciplinary Group/Team, patients, families, and referring agency. Assumes the responsibility for, and participates in, the coordination of care.

 Flexibility to work scheduled on-call shifts, including weekends and holidays.  

Requirements

Education:

Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.

Licensure:

Current State license in the state of practice. Current driver’s license. Current CPR Certification.

Experience:

Two (2) years' experience in a clinical care setting and one (1) year full-time hospice.

Skills:

Nursing skills as defined as generally accepted standards of practice. Knowledge of state and federal regulations.

Good interpersonal skills.

Transportation:

Reliable transportation and valid auto liability insurance.
