Pope Saint John Paul II Preparatory School is seeking an Offensive Coordinator/Assistant Football Coach. The Offensive Coordinator will be responsible for leading the offensive side of the ball and assisting in developing and implementing a comprehensive football program that aligns with the school's mission and values. This position requires a strong background as a football coach, leadership skills, and a passion for developing student-athletes both on and off the field. The coach should demonstrate the ability to build meaningful connections with JPII students, parents, prospective families, and the overall school community. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher. Pope Saint John Paul II Preparatory School is a 6th-12th Grade Catholic School in the Diocese of Nashville. · Plan and conduct practices that enhance skill development, fitness, and tactical understanding.
· Lead, motivate, and mentor student-athletes on and off the field.
· Collaborate with school administration, faculty, and parents to promote a positive athletic experience.
· Assist in managing team logistics, including scheduling, equipment, and game-day operations.
Qualifications:
· Experience coaching high school, college, or professional level.
· Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Commitment to fostering a student-centered environment emphasizing character and personal growth.
