Location: Dallas, TX Compensation: Up to $25/hr - Total Compensation

The Role: Junk & Route Sales Associate
If you love being outdoors, working with a close knit team, and making an impact in your community, this is the job for you. - Deliver an Awesome Experience: Provide friendly, professional service to every customer.
- Drive & Operate: Navigate company trucks safely through Dallas and surrounding areas.
- Sell with Confidence: Spot opportunities to upsell and provide on-site estimates that help customers while boosting your earnings.
- Get Moving: Lift, load, and remove items of all shapes and sizes both residential and commercial.
- Represent the Brand: Be the face of 1-800-GOT-JUNK? in the Dallas community.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Great Attitude: A positive mindset and eagerness to help others.
- Age & License: 21+ years of age with a valid driver’s license.
- Team Player: Enjoy meeting and helping people every day.
- Goal-Oriented: Driven and motivated to achieve goals.
- Physical Fitness: Not afraid of hard physical work and able to lift 50lbs repeatedly.
- Effective Communicator: Clear and confident communication skills.
- Experience: Previous customer service, driving, and general labor experience is helpful but not required.
