JOB DESCRIPTION
ACC is seeking a Senior Account Executive to support brand marketing across a diverse client portfolio, including media, entertainment, technology, retail, and CPG.
This role is for someone who can bridge strategy and execution through translating cultural insight into smart, actionable marketing. The ideal candidate brings agency experience, strong strategic instincts, a pulse on emerging consumer trends, and a sharp understanding of the marketing, media, and entertainment landscape.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage day-to-day client relationships, ensuring clear communication, strong organization, and consistent delivery.
- Act as a connective tissue across internal stakeholders working across Marketing, Brand Integration, Strategy, Communications, and Influencer to drive seamless campaign execution.
- Translate client goals into action, with a clear understanding of core goals and KPIs and how work ladders up to them.
- Manage campaign operations, including timelines, trackers, reporting, and budgets.
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring work is on time, on brief, and aligned to strategic objectives.
- Assist in the development of client-facing deliverables, including GTM plans, strategy decks, and campaign recaps.
- Research consumer behaviors, audit landscapes, and translate findings into actionable insights for clients and new business opportunities.
- Contribute to strategic thinking, not just execution, by proactively spotting ways to strengthen the work.
- Bring a strong point of view, identifying relevant cultural trends, audience behaviors, and competitive shifts that matter to ACC’s clients and culture at large.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, experience, and skill set:
- Must have 4-7 years of experience in brand marketing within a marketing, advertising, or integrated communications agency.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or public relations preferred.
- Demonstrable experience working on campaigns, product launches, and GTM strategies for culture-driving, highly influential brands.
- Strong understanding of modern marketing disciplines, including digital, content, social, experiential, and earned media.
- Excellent research and analytical skills with the ability to quickly form and communicate an evidence-based POV.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; capable of presenting to and influencing high-level internal and client stakeholders.
- Ability to anticipate needs and execute time-sensitive matters in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Fearless, driven, resourceful, with a high level of confidence, owning and driving projects independently.
- Desire to work hard, learn new skills, and grow professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Fluency in the responsible use of AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and multi-modal AI platforms like FreePik and Higgsfield
- Ability to be flexible with work hours, as business needs require.
Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000
Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
