Job Description

Key activities

1.Plan and execute the production planing for manufacturing by ensuring that the volumes are inline ith the available capacity and parts are released for production considering raw material coverage and engineering change requests.

2.Ensure on time delivery of parts as per customer schedule with right quantity and at right time.

3.Monitoring Plan Vs Actual to meet customer demand on time and support to achieve the Production KPI's.

4.Coordinate with the project planning teams to block the engineering change request as per the capacity allocated to meet the business requirements.

5.Calculate the supermarket stocks for every leveling period and monitor and maintain stock at warehouses as per the defined norms to ensure healthy inventory levels.

6.Escalate the deviations w.r.t production planning processes and procedures to management team (as per escalation matrix) to seek appropriate interventions / decisions.

7.Act as the point of escalation for Production planning topics and material coverage topics and ensuring  timely resolution, communication and close looping as per the timeline.

8.Co ordinating with various departments (customer order planning,capacity planning, product planning, raw material planning and technical functions) to ensure smooth production as per the Bosch Production Systems.

Qualifications

BE in Mechanical with 2yrs of Experience
