For over two decades, we have partnered with property management groups across the nation, empowering them to provide peace of mind to their communities.

As a rapidly growing and dynamic organization, we pride ourselves on a fast-paced, collaborative environment where innovation, critical thinking, and a commitment to excellence drive our success. This role demands exceptional attention to detail, strong critical and situational thinking skills, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities for frequent collaboration with clients, law enforcement, and internal teams. • Write concise, detailed summaries of reported incidents, including pertinent information such as vehicle details, descriptions of individuals, or specific times of activity.
    • Compile relevant video footage and/or still images into a completed product for dissemination to clients and law enforcement.

  • Communication & Collaboration:
    • Regularly communicate with clients and law enforcement through both written and verbal channels, including frequent phone calls, to gather information and provide updates.
    • Actively participate in interdepartmental collaboration and problem-solving to ensure comprehensive incident resolution.

  • Professional Development:
    • Participate in regular one-on-one meetings with the team supervisor for ongoing development and performance feedback.
    • Perform other tasks as assigned to support departmental operations and personal growth.
