OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Multi-Agency Recruiting Coordinator to support recruiting efforts across several agencies within our network. This individual will play a critical role in delivering a seamless candidate experience while supporting the operational backbone of the recruiting function.
This role is ideal for someone who is sharp, resourceful, reliable, and energized by fast-paced environments. A solid candidate for this role is a problem-solver, strong communicator, someone who can effectively manage multiple priorities, and genuinely interested in building a career in recruiting, talent operations, or People & Culture. This position offers strong exposure to agency recruiting, hiring strategy, and talent operations across multiple divisions and teams.
WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE
- Champion an exceptional candidate experience through timely, professional, and thoughtful communication from initial contact through final decision
- Provide support with job posting and job description updates across a variety of platforms
- Review Candidate applications and assist with candidate pipeline management
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
- Provide timely and professional communication throughout the interview process
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity of candidate data
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to streamline scheduling and improve recruiting workflows
- Track candidate progress throughout the interview process and help ensure timely feedback
- Assist with documentation of recruiting processes, tools, and best practices
- Collaborate with People & Culture and operations teams to support offer processes and onboarding coordination
- Partner with People & Culture Generalist to track completion of onboarding documents, background checks, and new hire logistics
- Help identify opportunities to improve coordination of recruitment processes and candidate experience
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in providing administrative support, ideally in a recruiting, campus/university or Human Resources environment
- This position requires excellent organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities with high attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates, recruiters, and business leaders
- Appropriately handling and managing confidential information
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems a plus, but not required
$55,000 - $65,000 (DOE) + Overtime
Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
