This role is integral to driving pipeline efficiency, supporting business development initiatives, and ensuring consistent client engagement, all within a growing, enterprise-focused consulting environment.

What will you be doing?

  • Sales coordination: Pipeline management, proposals, CRM accuracy, and client communication support.
  • Marketing execution: Email campaigns, digital marketing, collateral development, and event coordination.
  • Lead management: Lead qualification, timely follow-up, and reporting dashboards for leadership.

Indicators of success in this role:

  • Improved lead conversion rates and reduced response times
  • Consistently accurate and current CRM pipeline data

Requirements

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 2–5 years in sales coordination or marketing support
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms — Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities

  • Background in IT services or ERP (Oracle EBS, SAP, JDE)
  • Experience with digital marketing and email automation tools
  • Familiarity with RFP and proposal management processes
  • Understanding of B2B sales funnels and marketing strategy
