About The Company

Hotel Indigo Williamsburg Brooklyn guest rooms will incorporate elevated finishes, hardwood floors and spa-inspired bathrooms. The hotel will offer 25 suites, including bi-level Loft Suites and a 1,100-square-foot Williamsburg Grand Suite. Some rooms will have large balconies, with views of the neighborhood and the historic Manhattan skyline, just across the East River. The hotel’s modern design is enhanced with a stunning pool, complete with an open-air sun deck, and a fully stocked poolside bar and grill. Hotel Indigo Williamsburg Brooklyn will also feature a dual-level restaurant, with outdoor seating and a chef-driven menu, guaranteed to become a favorite of both guests and locals with its approachable design, al fresco dining and playful menu offerings. Other amenities include a large outdoor courtyard, fully equipped fitness center and on-site parking.
About the Role

Description

Hotel Indigo Williamsburg Brooklyn, managed by StepStone Hospitality, is a boutique lifestyle hotel located in the heart of Williamsburg. We combine local character with modern design to create a unique guest experience. StepStone Hospitality is known for its people-focused culture and commitment to operational excellence across its portfolio.

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through corporate, group, and leisure sales segments. This role will focus on developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue goals 
  • Prospect, solicit, and secure new business accounts 
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and key accounts 
  • Conduct site tours, sales calls, and client presentations 
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements 
  • Collaborate with revenue management and operations teams 
  • Track sales activity and maintain accurate records in CRM systems 
  • Stay informed on local market trends and competitor activity 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hotel sales experience preferred 
  • Strong knowledge of the NYC/Brooklyn market is a plus 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills 
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets 
  • Experience with hotel CRM systems and sales reporting tools 
  • Professional, self-motivated, and results-driven
