Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a skilled Logistics & Delivery Advisor fluent in both German and English to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing logistics operations and providing excellent customer support to our German-speaking clients. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional logistical support and customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely shipment deliveries and accurate tracking.
- Address customer inquiries related to orders, shipping options, and delivery concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of customer interactions using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline logistics processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on logistics industry trends, best practices, and procedures to provide informed assistance.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Previous experience in logistics, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused attitude.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with logistics software and CRM platforms is an advantage.
