Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist fluent in both German and English to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality customer service to a diverse client base, ensuring their needs and inquiries are addressed efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective customer support to German- and English-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Document and track customer interactions accurately for quality assurance and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
- Participate in training sessions and continuous professional development.
- Fluency in both German and English (oral and written) is mandatory.
- Previous experience in customer support or related roles is preferred.
