About the Role
Mercier Consultancy MD is offering an excellent opportunity for a Rent-a-Car Consultant fluent in German and English to work remotely from Greece. This role is perfect for professionals who desire flexibility and the chance to provide outstanding customer service from the comfort of their own home while supporting a dynamic car rental company.
As a Rent-a-Car Consultant, you will assist German and English-speaking clients with their rental inquiries, bookings, and support to ensure they have a seamless rental experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide efficient and friendly customer service to clients in German and English through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with reservations, modifications, cancellations, and any other rental requests.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure overall satisfaction with the rental process.
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate vehicle availability and smooth rental operations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fleet status, pricing, policies, and promotions to inform customers accurately.
- Fluent in both German and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the car rental or travel industry.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Proficient with computers, email, and customer management software.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup for remote work.
