We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief of Staff to work closely with senior leadership in driving high-impact initiatives across corporate finance, digital transformation, and business growth. This role acts as a strategic partner and execution anchor, ensuring that organizational priorities are translated into actionable plans and delivered with speed and precision. You will operate at the center of decision-making, enabling leadership to focus on long-term vision while you drive alignment, execution, and performance tracking across key functions. Based in Mumbai, this is a high-visibility role suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is comfortable navigating ambiguity while delivering measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to define, prioritize, and execute strategic initiatives aligned with growth and business objectives.
- Drive corporate finance activities including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support informed decision-making.
- Lead and manage cross-functional projects related to digital transformation, operational efficiency, and organizational scaling.
- Translate strategic goals into structured execution plans with clear timelines, milestones, and measurable KPIs.
- Build and maintain dashboards, MIS reports, and executive summaries to track progress and highlight risks or opportunities.
- Act as a central coordination point across departments, ensuring alignment, communication, and timely execution of key initiatives.
- Identify inefficiencies in processes and systems, and drive automation or transformation initiatives to improve productivity and outcomes.
- Support leadership in investor, board, and stakeholder communications through high-quality presentations and insights.
- Conduct financial and business analysis to evaluate new opportunities, investments, and growth strategies.
- Establish governance frameworks, processes, and best practices to support sustainable and scalable business growth.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 8+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, corporate finance, or business operations roles.
- Strong foundation in corporate finance, including financial modeling, analysis, and performance management.
- Proven experience in driving digital transformation or process improvement initiatives within organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- High ownership mindset with strong execution capabilities and attention to detail.
- Experience working in high-growth, consulting, or investor-driven environments is highly preferred.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring both long-term vision and immediate impact.
