About the Role
Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is pleased to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Slovak Speaking Customer Service Agent to work in Sofia, Bulgaria, with a fully paid relocation package. Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to Slovak-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, orders, returns, and general support.
- Effectively resolve complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
- Stay informed about company products and services to deliver knowledgeable assistance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience.
- Participate in training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and service skills.
- Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized.
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia, with relocation costs fully covered.
