About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to Swedish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Handle customer inquiries related to products, orders, returns, and general support.
- Resolve complaints professionally, aiming to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
- Stay updated on company products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and product knowledge.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities with a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to adapt to a new cultural and work environment.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia, with relocation expenses fully covered.
