Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to French-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on products and company policies to assist customers accurately.
- Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

- Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and product knowledge.
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Previous experience in customer service is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in using customer service software and standard office tools.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized.
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with a fully paid relocation package.
