What's the Role?

Pretty much what you’d expect from a buzzing venue like ours:

• Pouring drinks like a pro 🍺

• Running a smooth till 💰

• Working the floor where needed - glass collecting, food service and restocking

• Responsibilities:
  •     Collaborate closely with the Assistant managers to develop and maintain high standards of service and beverage quality.
  •     Assist in managing bar staff, including training, 
  •     Ensure efficient bar operations, 
  •     Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment for our bar team.
  •     Oversee and participate in the preparation of cocktails and beverages, ensuring consistency and quality.
  •     Be a key holder and manage cashing up at the end of the night.
  Qualifications:
  •     Previous experience as  Supervisor or in a similar role.
  •     Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
  •     Strong knowledge of mixology, bar operations, and beverage service.
  •     Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  •     Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  •     A passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

Essential Information

• Pay starts at £13.30 per hour.

• Full-Time hours

• Shifts across evenings, weekends and public holidays

• 50% Staff discounts
