Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking an experienced Radiation Therapist for a travel assignment in Eureka, California.

This role supports a radiation oncology department delivering advanced cancer treatments including IMRT, SRS, and external beam therapy for a diverse adult patient population.

POSITION OVERVIEW
This assignment is ideal for Radiation Therapists experienced in high-precision treatment delivery who are comfortable working with complex oncology cases and modern radiation equipment in an acute care setting.

COMPENSATION

CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Deliver radiation therapy treatments including IMRT, SRS, and external beam therapy :contentReference[oaicite:4]index=4
• Perform patient setup and positioning using immobilization devices :contentReference[oaicite:5]index=5
• Utilize CBCT, kV/mV imaging for treatment accuracy :contentReference[oaicite:6]index=6
• Assist in simulation and treatment planning workflows :contentReference[oaicite:7]index=7
• Monitor patients during treatment and respond to complications :contentReference[oaicite:8]index=8
• Educate patients and families on procedures and safety :contentReference[oaicite:9]index=9

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year Radiation Therapist experience REQUIRED :contentReference[oaicite:16]index=16
• ARRT(T) certification REQUIRED :contentReference[oaicite:17]index=17
• BLS certification REQUIRED :contentReference[oaicite:18]index=18
• Experience with IMRT, SRS, and external beam therapy REQUIRED :contentReference[oaicite:19]index=19
• Experience with Elekta systems preferred :contentReference[oaicite:20]index=20
• Epic charting experience REQUIRED (HARD STOP) :contentReference[oaicite:21]index=21
