Supervisor, Project Engineer & Material Analysis Lab

Key accountabilities:
o Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans
o Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget
o Implement and manage changes when necessary to meet project deliverable
o Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency
o Ensure Laboratory management to verify products and material compliance and conformance
o Ensure to deliver quality issues report on time by controlling the KPI team
o Perform mechanical test machines and material analysis equipments by using SEM/EDX, OM, XRF, Hardness, colorimetric and cross sectioning for material, semi-finish & finished product on incoming jobs independently according to the standard procedures with due consideration of the job priority and record test results in the correct format and prepare the test report
o Keep track on all testing status and ensure the due date is followed
o New analysis technique creation/leading improvement project and also project proposal presentation
o Maintain the environmental conditions and keep the testing area, equipment and machines clean and tidy
o Ensure test equipment and machines are in good condition as well as duly calibrated according to the assigned calibration schedule
o Execute and follow the relevant compliance regarding ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 and ISO/IEC 17025.
o Build a diverse and trust-based leadership team and inspire the team to generate a range of innovative or creative ideas. Also developing knowledge, skills, and abilities of interesting performance improvement.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of project management experience
3-5 years of experience in Material analysis laboratory
o Experience of R&D, mechanical lab testing, failure analysis
o Experience in operating mechanical test and materials analysis machines (Cross sectioning process, micro hardness, Ultra-scan VIS, SEM/EDX and XRF. FTIR is preferred)
