Αναζητούμε έναν/μία Sales & Operations Coordinator που θα ενισχύσει την ομάδα μας στην Εύβοια. Ο ρόλος συνδυάζει πωλήσεις, τεχνική υποστήριξη και καθημερινές λειτουργίες, συμβάλλοντας ουσιαστικά στην ανάπτυξη και την άριστη εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών μας.

What you’ll do

• Παρουσίαση, προώθηση και δειγματισμός προϊόντων σε πελάτες & showroom
• Εκπαίδευση πελατών και baristi (on-the-job training)
• Παροχή after sales υποστήριξης και ποιοτικού ελέγχου
• Εγκατάσταση, ρύθμιση και τεχνική υποστήριξη εξοπλισμού
• Διενέργεια συντηρήσεων και επισκευών (on-site & in-house)
• Διαχείριση αποθήκης και παρακολούθηση αποθεμάτων
• Προετοιμασία και εκτέλεση παραγγελιών
• Παραδόσεις προϊόντων και εξοπλισμού σε πελάτες
• Διαχείριση εισπράξεων και συμφωνία με το Οικονομικό Τμήμα

• Εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχο ρόλο (sales / technical support / horeca)
• Εξοικείωση με εξοπλισμό καφέ (επιθυμητή)
• Πολύ καλές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
• Οργανωτικότητα και υπευθυνότητα
• Πελατοκεντρική νοοτροπία
• Δίπλωμα οδήγησης
