About the Role


לחברה בתחום האינטרנט והדיגיטל, המתמחה ברישום וניהול דומיינים ומספקת שירותים משלימים כגון מייל עסקי, אחסון אתרים ותעודות SSL, מגייסת נציג/ת תמיכת לקוחות לעבודה מול לקוחות פרטיים ועסקים קטנים

תחומי אחריות:

  • מתן מענה לפניות לקוחות בערוצים שונים: טלפון, מייל ו-WhatsApp
  • טיפול בפניות בנושאים טכניים ואדמיניסטרטיביים
  • עבודה שוטפת מול גורמים פנים-ארגוניים: הנהלת חשבונות, פיתוח, שיווק והנהלה
  • תעדוף משימות וניהול מספר פניות במקביל 






 


Requirements

דרישות התפקיד:

• תודעת שירות גבוהה ויכולת עבודה מול לקוחות 

• יכולת תעדוף משימות ועבודה בסביבה דינמית ולחוצה 

• כושר ביטוי גבוה בכתב ובעל פה בעברית ואנגלית 

• אוריינטציה טכנית – יתרון 

• ניסיון בתמיכת לקוחות – יתרון 

היקף המשרה:

• ימים א’-ה’, בין השעות 09:00–18:00 

• זמינות להחרגות לפי צורך 

מיקום:

• הרצליה 

• עבודה מהמשרד בלבד (ללא היברידיות)
