About the Role

[What the role is]

As a Student Guidance Officer (SGO) in the Student Services Department at ITE College West (CW), you will maintain student discipline as well as provide support for administrative work.

[What you will be working on]

As part of the team, you will :

  • Perform campus and community patrols

  • Conduct disciplinary talks and spot checks on students, and supervise pro-social behaviour programmes

  • Provide secretarial support to the College Disciplinary Committee

  • Liaise with government agencies on discipline-related matters

  • Perform matriculation duties and other administrative duties as assigned

[What we are looking for]

  • A team player with suitable credentials and preferably have good leadership skills in managing a team of colleagues

  • Prior experience in enforcement agencies would be desirable but not essential

  • Proven organisational and communication skills
