About the Role

Wilo USA LLC is a subsidiary of Wilo SE, which is headquartered in Dortmund, Germany. Wilo is one of the leading manufacturers of pumps & pump systems for heating, cooling & air-conditioning solutions, water supply, and sewage & drainage. Wilo USA acquired Weil Pump and Scot Pump in 2017, American-Marsh Pumps in 2019, and QuantumFlo in October 2021.  


Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable, experienced CDL Operator/Shipping Associate to join our logistics team. This dual-role position is responsible for the safe operation of company vehicles to transport materials and finished goods, and for supporting shipping and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and values safety and teamwork.


Key Responsibilities

Driving Duties (Approx. 65%)

  • Operate CDL-class vehicles to transport products to/from designated locations
  • Follow all DOT regulations and company safety protocols
  • Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
  • Maintain accurate delivery logs and shipment records

Shipping/Warehouse Duties (Approx. 35%)

  • Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other equipment
  • Prepare outbound shipments according to customer requirements
  • Organize, label, and stage materials for delivery
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and assist in cycle counts
  • Ensure a clean and safe work environment in shipping and receiving areas

Requirements

Education and Experience

  • Valid CDL License (Class A or B)
  • Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience preferred
  • Forklift experience required; certification a plus
  • Strong understanding of traffic laws and safe driving practices
  • Ability to lift and move up to 100 lbs, climb, bend, and sit for long periods
  • Must be dependable and able to work independently in all weather conditions
