What You’ll Do

  • Welcome customers with professionalism and a friendly approach
  • Guide customers through service needs, explaining options clearly and confidently
  • Collect and confirm vehicle information during check-in
  • Schedule appointments and make follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with technicians and the service team for a seamless customer experience

What We’re Looking For

  • A customer-first mindset with a positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of automobiles is helpful, but we’ll train the right person
  • Familiarity with Reynolds & Reynolds software is a plus
  • Service advisor training, customer satisfaction, or quality control experience is a plus
