About the Role
<p><strong>Administrative Assistant - Entry Level </strong><br><strong>Location: Washington, DC (100% in-office)</strong><br><strong>Salary: $23-$25/hr + Bonus + Full Benefits</strong><br><strong>Benefits: 100%-paid Medical/Dental/Vision, PTO, 401k w/match & profit sharing</strong><br><strong>Job Type: Full-Time</strong><br><strong>Typical Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (40 hours per week)</strong><br><strong>Start Date: ASAP</strong><br><strong>Sponsorship is not available </strong></p><p><strong>Administrative Assistant - Entry Level Description</strong></p><p>Our client in the legal industry is looking for an Administrative Assistant to add to their team in Washington, DC. You will be responsible for supporting the preparation and production of court briefs. This role combines administrative and hands-on production work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This is high stakes work as materials are filed within courts, where accuracy and compliance are critical. Ideal candidates are driven, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to stay calm in a deadline-driven environment. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected, tight-knit organization that plays a critical role in major legal cases and offers long-term growth, stability, and meaningful career progression.</p><p><strong>Administrative Assistant - Entry Level Responsibilities</strong></p><p>• Provide support for production and general business functions<br>• Prepare and manage legal print jobs<br>• Become familiar with appellate filing requirements<br>• Set up PDF files ensuring they’re ready to be produced<br>• Operate print workflows <br>• Cut, bind, and package briefs<br>• Prepare and ship packages<br>• Hand-deliver filings to the courts<br>• Manage multiple project deadlines<br>• Perform quality control checks<br>• Ensure all work meets company standards<br>• Maintain a clean and organized work environment</p><p><strong>Administrative Assistant - Entry Level Qualifications</strong></p><p>• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree required<br>• Strong attention to detail required<br>• Enter 14 as your answer to the third application question<br>• Must be organized, proactive, and eager to learn<br>• Valid Driver’s License & ability to drive company vehicle required</p>
